Step 1

All claims must be notified to Acumen Insurance within 30 days of the accident, injury or damage occurring by sending an email to team@acumeninsurance.com.au.

You will receive an email from Acumen Insurance that includes a link to an online claim form which they use to get the ball rolling and get you back on the field.

Step 2

Complete the online claim form, providing as much information as possible, and submit this to claims@acumeninsurance.com.au.

Step 3

The insurer will be notified, and you shall receive an acknowledgement letter with your claim number.

Step 4

Sports Cover claims team will be in touch with you and will require supporting documents like receipts, medical reports, and other information.
