> Member Expense Reimbursement Policy

We want to ensure that all of our members are equipped with the tools that they need to effectively perform their roles within the Club; from time to time this means a personal expense may have been incurred for which you would like to seek reimbursement from the club. To do so, please complete the WOBFC Member Expense Reimbursement form (instructions within). Note that you will need Board approval (written, email or verbal) for any individual expense reimbursement claims over $150.

The following document sets forth the Privacy Policy for the Waverley Old Boys Football Club Incorporated (WOBFC) website, www.waverleyoldboys.com. WOBFC is committed to providing you with the best possible member service experience. WOBFC is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Crh), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

> Refund Policy 

Registration and event ticket refunds will be assessed by the board on a case by case basis. The board will notify you of the outcome of a refund request; should you be notified that a full or partial refund has been granted, the transaction will be processed and funds returned to your account. This may take up to 10 business days.
